Ed was the largest single investor in StubHub, a highly-successful online ticketing company, prior to its acquisition by eBay in 2007. He served on its Board for seven years prior to the purchase.

Kiwi Tennis Club

Ed founded, built, owns, and operates the Kiwi Tennis Club in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. It is one of the premier tennis facilities in the United States and hosts a significant USTA tournament every year. Two players who have competed in tournaments at the Kiwi Club won gold medals at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
